About

In New Zealand during the first half of 2025 I will study at the University of Auckland, where I will be taking their Study Abroad program consisting of four freely picked courses, both in Computer Science and new subjects for me like Marine Biology and Entrepreneurship. These courses will also be the last courses in my master, leaving me with just my thesis which I might well do in New Zealand as well during the latter half of 2025.

During my studies at UoA I will be living here, in the Carlaw Park Student Village in a shared apartment with three other people though with private bedrooms. It will be an experience moving together with new people, but I think will end up great.

Timeline

• 29 January: Flight to Sydney, Australia
• 12 February: Flight from Sydney to Auckland, and I get access to my apartment. Plus it’s my birthday 🥳
• 24 February: Start of International Orientation at UoA
• 3 March: My term start
• 14 - 25 April: Mid-semester break
• 30 June: Semester ends
• 9 July: End of apartment lease, on to new Adventures
